Adler believes in following certification requirements both in
letter and in spirit. Adler products routinely exceed the norms
considered acceptable by most certifying agencies.
On 31 May 2008, Adler Mediequip, the sole manufacturing company for
all products of the Sushrut-Adler Group, achieved its most
significant milestone till date with the receipt of
the
Drug Manufacturing Licence from the Indian Central License
Issuing Authority, that is
the
Office of the Drug Controller General of India.
With this approval,
Sushrut (Marketing Arm of the Group) has become the first Indian
Orthopaedic
Company to bring to market, a range of orthopaedic implants fully Compliant
and Licensed as
per Indian Regulatory Law.
